Privacy Policy

In an arrangement like business process outsourcing, it becomes crucial to know how safe your documents and data are with the outsourcing company. We at Lucre Infoline understand and value your company’s confidentiality completely. Every minute detail, which forms a part of the privacy of our client company, such as the name, address, contact person etc. becomes a part of our company’s privacy.

Following are the measures implemented for a safe and secure outsourcing:

• Mandatory signature of staff on the data protection/non-disclosure agreement
• Only staff with authorized access cards allowed in the work floor
• Staff not allowed to carry office documents home unless by prior permission for official use
• Staff are given a separate user ID and password using which they get access to the data
• No provision of CD/floppy drive on computers used by Executives
• Online data is stored in dedicated server with ready backup
• Information is never passed on to third parties

If there is a need to share client details with a third party, it may be done, in case there is a certain requirement to do so; and that is done only after client’s consent. Company logins works only on Company’s official computer application, hence it is impossible for the staff to access the data from anywhere outside the office premises.

This is the prevailing privacy policy of Lucre Infoline, which can be altered without notice. However, in any situation the amendments will be in the best interest of our clients and our company.
